we are currently using smartbridges XOs as AP, we have a few problems with it as connections to clients droped too often. I am looking for a cisco AP to replace my current AP. Is there any recomented wifi AP cisco or another option. appreciate any help.

thanks LK

Hello LK. We've installed several Cisco 1130AG's around one of our offices. They're an excellent, enterprise-class product. It has two radios in there, offering tri-band operation (a/b/g). We have some users connect to the 'a' radio, and others, the 'b/g' balancing the load. Runs Cisco IOS, very good for trouble-shooting problems.

The Cisco badge does come with a weighty price tag! (here in the UK anyway)

Is that the kind of thing you're after ?

Cheers, Stuart.
