[Skype] VoSKY Exchange <-> cellphones?

Hi

I'm looking into lowering my cellphone bill, and looked at Skype add-ons.

The web page on Exchange

says we can plug "any phone" into the box, including mobiles. I assume we're actually speaking DECT wireless phones, not cellphones (either GSM or CDMA)?
