The paper introduces a new competitive method for automated audio/ voice quality testing based on perceptual evaluation reported by respective scientists. The method introduced in the article opens new horizons for automated audio quality measurement and development of QoS monitoring systems for such emerging technologies as VoIP providing a new approach for on the fly testing of codecs and systems of any complexity.
