For land line wall wired telephones what are the least expensive long distance carriers that have . no monthly fee even if that carrier would only be used once in great while if at all?



So far there's appears to be an ECG Enhanced Communications Group but they have a 59cents monthly fee, (scroll down at...)

You could perhaps select NO CARRIER and then either dial an access code or use a prepaid calling card. SAMS sells prepaid AT&T cards that do NOT expire or have monthly or higher first-minute costs for

3.4-cents per minute, and I'm sure you can find others in the same price range.
