We are trying to integrate our custom Property Management System into an existing Comdial/"Impact Concierge" setup.
This Comdial is probably a few years old (probably 2001) and I'm not sure of the version of the hardware or software, so I'm afraid this is a rather uninformed question.
I have a photocopy of a manual "IMI89-261.07 12/01"
Following instructions for configuring and testing integration we get to a Concierge screen "PMS Interface - 3B"
There is a read only field labeld status that shows "Offline"
I don't see any way to go "On Line". I'd appreciate any help,
