ISTM there's a backchannel available that tells the caller iffen a number is a coin slot, regular POTS, restricted, etc.
I assume there's a CoS for cellular as well. True?
How is this data returned to the called; is it somewhere in the PRI D channel data or?
And does it account for LNP; ie when a POTS DN becomes a cellular one...?
