1030 Losing stations

Stations (HFAI) located 240' 73m from the 1030 are working for several months and then the intercom tone, voice, or ring stop working. Unplugging for a moment will fix it for a few hours, minutes, or days. Changing stations has the same effect. The 1030 and all of the cards have been replaced. The stations worked for a few months after the

1030 was replaced.

The stations are wired as follows:

1030 jumper RJ45 to 66 adapter block (new) 50 pair shielded 50 feet in building 105' underground 40' in building 66 split block with clips (rewired at the same time as the block above was replaced) cat 3- 4 pair RJ45 jumper station (HFAI)

The 1030 system has 21 stations, three are BIS 10s, one is a BIS 34, and one a membrane 34 with no designation except AT&T. The 1030 system has an SMDR module, a Service module B and a Feature module 4.

There is no unusual EMI in the buildings.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?
