Why does centurylink suck so bad!?!? [telecom]

I recently opened a small business and rent a small retail space. When time came to set up internet my only option was CL. (At first I tried to use Comcast, but their technician said I would have to hire an electrician to run wire thru my walls and ceilings, but my building was already set up for CL) so I went with CL, and my internet goes out CONSTANTLY! I've paid and had this service for less than 2 months and have maybe had a solid internet connection for 2 days.
