West Virginia: Service technician accuses AT&T of violating workers' comp law, claims unpaid wages [telecom]

CHARLESTON - A service technician is suing AT&T Communications, a former employer, citing alleged violation of workers' compensation laws.

Derek Brown filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against AT&T Communications alleging that it violated the Wage Payment and Collection Act.
