TRENTON, N.J. (Legal Newsline) A New Jersey resident alleges Verizon Wireless has unlawfully contacted him regarding an alleged bill.

Angelo McCutchen filed a complaint on Oct. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey against Verizon Wireless alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
