T-Mobile is providing wi-fi and charging stations to Hurricane Ian victimes in Florida [telecom]

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Today, Governor Ron DeSantis was joined by business owners impacted by Hurricane Ian in Cape Coral to hold a discussion on recovery efforts. Business owners discussed ways to reopen safely to get customers back in the door. Additionally, Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) Secretary Dane Eagle highlighted resources that have been made available, including activating the Emergency Bridge Loan program. More than $4.8 million has already been awarded to 106 businesses that were impacted by the storm.

T-Mobile is providing wi-fi and charging stations to assist Floridians impacted by Hurricane Ian at the following locations:

  • West Florida State College, 8099 College Pkwy, Fort Myers FL (open 10:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.)

  • Port Charlotte Town Center Mall, 1441 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte (open 10:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.)

  • Fort Myers Town Hall, 2525 Estero Boulevard, Fort Myers Beach, FL (open 10:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
