There aren't many places interested in a mailing that small.
I would recommend an outfit called the US Postal Service, which has a licensee offering a service called NetPost. A one-page B/W flyer is
43 cents each, or one page in an envelope is 54 cents, including postage. There doesn't seem to be a minimum order, and you can do everything over the net.
