Hello! Now, regarding the technical feasibility -- how do these exchanges interconnected? How can you port numbers should all telcos dialplans are not shared in a single routing device? How will these calls be routed should all the carriers don't share their dialing plans ahead to each other? I guess all the switches (wireline and non- wireline carriers) should be terminated to a tandem exchage (in our case, incumbent telco's responsibility). In a smaller country where ILECs and CLECs (including cellular and VoIP) can be the same carriers, how do you suggest the feasible placement of rate center(s)?
