Can you *GUESS* what happens when you take an 8-digit local number, prefix it with the Helsinki city code ('0'), prefix that with country code 358, and show only the last 10 digits?

OP said, however, it was an international call. If we assume he _didn't_ know what he was talking about, there is no reason to assume that the digits were reported accurately either, and thus, the call could have come from (literally) _anywhere_. *grin*
