Please look at a possible new layout for the onlin Digest [telecom]

I'm working to improve the strength in my left hand, and since typing seems to help, I decided to work on improvements to the online version of "The Telecom Digest."

I've just put out a proposed new "look" for the onine version. Please take a look at it, and submit your suggestions for improvement.
