Oracle Develops Standards for Identity Security

Software maker Oracle Corp. said on Wednesday that it is developing a group of standards that businesses can use to help control and monitor the flow of sensitive personal data within corporate computer systems.



Oracle has dubbed the project the Identity Governance Framework.



CA Inc., Novell Inc. and Sun Microsystems Inc. have reviewed a draft of the standards and plan to help develop the full specifications, Oracle said.
