Boingboing the popular blog posted a short unfavorable note about Magicjack and their phenomenally anti-consumer terms of service in April 2008. Magicjack sued, and it was just resolved. Magicjack comes across looking, to put it mildly, like a bunch of pompous spoiled brats.
