Level 3 receives more state OKs, moves closer to CenturyLink merger

BROOMFIELD - Level 3 Communications Inc. in Broomfield received two more state approvals it needs to confirm its merger with CenturyLink.
Minnesota and Virginia are now among 15 states that have approved or cleared the massive merger, valued at $34 billion.
