My telephone service problem from Verizon has been going on probably for 25 years or more. When it rains, there is so much static or buzzing on the line that it becomes impossible to call. The technicians come out fix it for a while, then it's messed up again when it rains again.
Why don't I use a cell phone? Simple: I can't hear over any of them, and there is no other phone service offered out here.
