The IP Relay app allows people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or have a Speech Disability to use an Android or iOS-powered device to connect with a relay operator. Simply type what you want to say to the operator, the operator relays the message to the person you called and then types their response back to you.
