MBTA rolls out new parking payment system that allows customers to dump bill-cramming

MBTA general manager Richard Davey was at the West Natick commuter rail station July 22 to unveil a new parking payment system that will allow commuter rail parkers to pay for their spots via smartphones apps, phone call, the Internet, or text messages.
