CT Sues Vonage Over 911

Now Newsday reports that Connecticut is suing Vonage for violating the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, by "misrepresenting" their 911 service. Vonage advises users maintain an alternative way to contact

While the incident with 911 was in Houston, it is the office of Texas (state) Attorney General (who is in Austin, the TX capital) that sued Vonage."
