The application to transfer control of CenturyLink Public Communications Inc. to Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC, dba ICSolutions was granted by the FCC on August 11, 2020 and the subsequent sale officially closed on August 27, 2020. The name of CenturyLink Public Communications Inc. has formally been changed to ICS Corrections, Inc. ("ICI"). ICI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC and will leverage all of the back-office infrastructure of its parent company, however, ICI will retain its own operational identity and will continue to honor all current and future agency contracts with the same dedication and customer support as has always been provided.
