A site called "Customer Service Scoreboard" continues to rate CenturyLink near the bottom of it's scale.
Anonymous contributors submit brickbats such as this one:
It all started when they called me relentlessly trying to get me to change my grandfathered-in service plan(great plan) after they took over another company. I refused(billiant) until one day the rep told me I would have faster internet for less cost (not true) and I took the bait(stupid mistake).
The site gives CenturyLink an "Overall" rating of 30.85 on a scale of
200, or slightly less than 15.5%. Of course, self-selected samples aren't an accurate portrayal of the company's performance - but neither are TV ads and PR bulletins, both of which seem to be much easier to find than any neutral evalutions.
