Cell Tower In Northwest Is Operational, So AT&T Says Neighbors' Lawsuits Should Be Dismissed [telecom]

Last fall, telephone company AT&T Mobility proceeded with the construction of a cellular tower on land in Northwest owned by East Hampton Town despite the fact that residents of the nearby neighborhood had filed a lawsuit challenging the approvals from two town regulatory boards that would allow the tower to be built.
