AT&T cell towers down in parts of Placer County, sheriff's office says [telecom]

AUBURN, Calif. - Cell towers for AT&T in a few areas in Placer County will be down until midnight, the Placer County Sheriff's Office said Thursday night.

"If you have AT&T as your cell phone provider, you may not be able to make any outgoing calls, or receive calls," the sheriff's office said in a Facebook post. "You also may not be able to get through to 911."
