WOBURN, MA - A spokesperson for AT&T Wireless said the company has fixed the problem that caused a "significant...cellular phone outage. Several police departments, including the Bridgewater State University Police Department, the Williamsburg Police Department and the Westhampton Police Department, sent out notices late Friday night warning people of the outage, that may have impacted customers' ability to call 911.
