Folks,
I was attempting to change the time on my 9827 control panel by keying in the access code + 3 (I think). Instead of displaying YY in the two digit display as I expected, it's displayed two lines, the typical display when another command is to be input.
Unfortunately every key I press now just produces a buzzing tone and nothing seems to put it back into its standby mode (or whatever mode it is when it's doing nothing).
Any tips?

Try 99 then Clear (tick) Or 7 then Clear (tick)

We've actually got the user and installation manuals. Neither have a troubleshooting section or describe this problem.
They do menti> Try 99 then Clear (tick)
If your confident about programming it again, I would do a cold restart and start again.
