post to this group by J. Stevens. He recommended pressing # for 2 sec. followed by 1 for 2 sec. and then reprogramming zone 000. I had my new PC5010 system to the point where it was totally unresponsive. The keypads would not even beep on keypresses as they were in the wrong partition.
