bAsshome, the online company with the motto of "There isn't a law we won't skirt", has now decided to offer duty/tax free cigarettes on bAsshome. When reached for comment company bAsshome owner Robert bAss stated what they were doing was totally legal, and plans on proving in court that the United States is wrong in it's attempts to prosecute him for selling tax free tobacco, and will sue Frank Olsen for filing the complaints. bAss claimed that he is a recognized member of a famous indian tribe and therefore deserves the same courtesy as members of other tribes selling smokes. bAss gave us the contact information for the tribe's spokesperson for those of you who question him.
