Did anyone else experience a rash of Ademco 5800 wireless issues, on Sat Aug 19?
We are in the San Francisco CA Bay Area and have numerous subscribers with "check 09" issues.
Re-downloads are difficult, and do not seem to clear the problems.
We understand that other alarmcos are having identical issues.
I'm looking for the common factors.
