All the log says is this

Nothing about being rejected, but the connection flashes "enable" for an instant and goes back to "disabled".
The client is behind a Netgear RP614v2. On the port-forwarding page I enabled IPSEC for my local IP, which is a fixed 192.168.0.xxx address.
The host is a TZ170 standard OS and it's on the subnet 192.168.117.xxx.
