SonicWall 3060 consent page not working

Hi,

I configured the "Consent" part of CFS following the instructions but on the computer with IP address listed in the "Mandatory IP filtering" (my laptop) the consent page does not display and I can browse the web freely.

If I type my consent page address in IE address field it displays OK.

Am i doing something wrong or this is a "feature" ?

Any ideas or tips accepted.
