need help, my file folders from external drive and usb drive became exe fileneed help, my file folders from external drive and usb drive became exe file

need help, my file folders from external drive and usb drive became exe file. my avg anti virus can detect it as trojan horse dropper agent.mqp. i dont want to remove the exe file yet because im afraid my files will be removed as well. can anyone give me another way to recover the files?
