Pulled optical fiber tip

Hi all I am interested in an uncoated pulled optical fiber tip, which has a tip of submicron width (600nm of diameter or smaller). The optical fiber is made out of chalcogenide or telluride or Selinite or any other high index fiber. The length of the fiber tip should be more then one millimeter long, and is suitable for high power laser ( 200 mW at

1micron wavelength). Please tell me if you know anyone that can produce such a fiber tip Thank Carmel.

Are you sure 1) that power density won't melt the tip and 2) the light can actually propagate in any mode at those dimensions and indexes?
