Hi,
I'm a relative newbie so forgive my ignorance...
I have a DSL connection with a static IP. I have been assigned a /29 ip range by my ISP. My ISP said to put the dsl modem in bridge mode and to assign the existing static IP address to the one interface of the router and the /29 range to the other interface. I am using a Cisco 2520 and have only a single Ethernet interface. If I assign my static IP to the interface and assign one of the /29 range as the secondary IP address will I be able to access the Internet from the other /29 IPs or do I need a router with two interfaces?
int e0 ip address x.x.236.194 255.255.255.0 ip address x.x.219.245 255.255.255.248
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 x.x.236.1
Thanks for any help, Dave Olsen
