Reaching VPN from a Virtual network on same cisco router

Hi, we are trying to implement a solution where we have a mobileip HA which gives an IP for the mobile client at the Home Network and from that IP we try to establish a VPN connection to a VPN Gateway. We are using a Cisco Router as MobileIP HA , a virtual home network is created on that interface to act as Home Network. We have a cisco VPN concentrator on the same interface. Now, we could reach the HA and register with it successfully, later from the virtual home address (packets are tunneled to HA where the HA would decapsulate the packets and forward on the link) we try to reach the VPN GW which is on the same interface (and IP), we get an error saying the VPN can not be contacted. I was expecting that the routing table in the router would point the VPN GW as its own IP and any packet attempted to be sent from the virtual interface would be successfully reaching the particular port used by the VPN. But, it seems that is not happening.

Any ideas on how to shoot the problem ?
