ios / nat

Dear all, just wanted some help with what i think is a NAT configuration issue.

the requirement is to place an 877 with ADSL as a perimeter device 'in front' of a firewall system.

i have used;

ip nat inside source static 192.168.0.2 M.Y.I.P

such that all inbound packets are forwarded to the address 192.168.0.2 (the ethernet address of the connected firewall on the 'dirty' side. )

this works fine, for all inbound and outbound comm

What we also want to set up is SNMP management of the 877 from an external system.

the observed behaviour is that packets for the port 161 are being translated and as such forwarded to the f/w, instead of the router itself responding to the snmp request.

on the assumption this is correct based on the nat config is there a variation on this to 'exclude' port 161 from translation.

Thanks
