Default Route Question

I have a question that is probably quite simple, I've just never had to do it. I have a Cisco device with multiple interfaces, and I want them all to use the same default gateway except for one.

I have a default gateway set for 192.168.170.3.

I have a subnet that is 192.168.180.0. Any traffic from that interface I would like to default to 192.168.155.100. The reason is that these are both internet paths, and I would like the traffic from this subnet to go through an extra firewall.

I'm used to just having one default gateway. What's the command to send all this traffic out another path? The ACL's I'm used to all send traffic that's going TO a certain place through a certain path. I'm looking to send all traffic FROM a certain subnet through a path that is not the default gateway.
