A client of mine is attempting to use Comcast and their pt-to-pt Fiber MPLS in Houston, Tx.
We are getting nothing but runarounds, missed installation schedules, and no return phone calls or e-mails.
Are they this way in other areas or is this observed behavior because they bought the Houston Road Runner outfit and are getting rid of their pre-existing cadre of ubiquitous Morons.
