I've spent 1 1/2 hours on the phones trying to contact cisco partners to BUY and actually PAY FOR some software.



28N-SW-SPARECD S28NASK9-12409T advanced security software and have had no luck. All the web sites that list this are 'out of stock' or don't carry it or have no idea what I need. WTF, over....

Why would a distributer bother keeping around software CDs of some version that will go out of date in 6 weeks that they probably have to order a case of direct from cisco to sell one to you? They're going to be ordering those on-demand at Cisco's normal order interval.

Just one of those things that you have to wait for.
