CISCO Router and VPN

Nov 26, 2005 0 Replies

Hi together,

i have a cisco router at HQ which has a fixed IP and a bunch of remote offices also running Cisco routers with fixed IP-Addresses. No problems so far.

now i also have clients on notebooks using cisco vpn client. so far no problem i've configured a dynmap that works.

to make it complicated i also have to support routers that are not on fixed ip addresses.

as cisco vpn-clients used XAUTH my isakmp is configured to ask for user authenications - and this is the problem.

is there any workarround for this? would RADIUS help me here?

Thank's in advance Thomas Thim
