CISCO 1700 and Port 2000

I use a CISCO 1700 with an IDirect 3000 satellite router. I've been playing an mmorpg called Eternal Lands that runs on port 2000 at the server. I keep getting disconnected and after going thru a lot of checks we (I and the Eternal Lands programmers) think it's from my router.

They have a test server on port 2001 and when I'm connected to that, I get no problems. 1000 pings to the server had only 2 timeouts which were far shorter than they're game timeout.

On my NAT, the game uses local ports in the 4000 range.

Can anyone help with this problem?

P.S. I've not had any problems with any other game or software.
