Hi,
I want to do some Bulk user import with the BAT tool 5.1(4) and cisco callmanager 4.1. After i imported the users, my users are not able to log in. Only if i change the PIN code manually on the cisco callmanager. I notice when i do an export of the user (after the PIN code is changed manually) all my fields are exactly the same except the PIN code field. The value of this field seems some kind of encrypted number. I think that i won't accept my pincode as the callmanager dosn't know how to handle this "normal" number.
I did a lot of googling on this topic and searched for a solution on the CCO cisco website, still whithout any luck.
Does anyone have an idea on this one?
