We supply a particular customer with 1801 routers and have recently discovered that the newer 1801s that we are supplying do not have a hole for the CD light on the front panel.
This is a pain for our customer as they use this LED in their support process.
Has anyone come across this, and does anyone know why Cisco have removed the hole? AFAICS, the LED is still there, you just can't see it.
