Hello I have this problem, with wildcards that I wish to understand
Ok get this one:
- Access-list 1 permit 131.1.1.0 0.0.254.0 : Permits Odd Routes from 131.1.1.0 to 131.1.255.0 :
But what about this one:
- Access-list 1 permit 131.1.0.0 0.0.254.0 : It would permit evens routes from 131.1.0.0 to 131.1.254.0:
But WHY????
Also:
Access-list 1 permit 131.1.0.0 0.0.2.0 :: It would permit evens routes but only 131.1.0.0 and 131.1.2.0
And this one Access-list 1 permit 131.1.1.0 0.0.2.0 :: it would permit Odds routes but only 0 and 1
Please does any one have the answer for this dilemma, it have to do this in black and white (not using any tool)!
