I'm about to buy (2) 2501s and (2) 2950s...
1) Does it matter if the routers have full 16/16 memory? Will there be a noticeable performance difference? Or is 4, 8, etc fine?
2) Should I also get cross-over serial cables and/or AUI transceivers? What are the transceivers used for?
3) If the routers come w/ an older IOS, how easy would it be to install a newer IOS? Are these IOS's available for download somewhere?
