Because there are multiple levels in the distribution chain before they reach the retail level, and each lot went through those levels at different times, under different market conditions. The retailer bought each of the lots at different times, perhaps even from different distributors, and their prices reflects that.

If they're retailing new, sealed-box 5101's they're probably liquidating a lot from either a distributor or an MSO, which would also explain why they're selling at a lower price.

A $25 price (shipped, including tax) for a factory-sealed box that contains a new SB5120. No PayPal involved. How long do you think that will take? :-)

What the heck does PayPal have to do with it ? That's just another way of writing a check or using your credit card.

I figure about the time we see Circuit City advertising rebates on the SB6120. ;)
