VoIP Troubleshooting & Configuration

Hi friends,

I'm a new user to this group.

1. VoIP setup in vlan network.

1. Limitations for VoIP when used in switching environment.

2. basics of VoIP ie jitter, delay, latency.

i don't have an idea on VoIP implementation.

Could anyone give me a clear picture of the above topics
