My ISP just announced that they're going to start charging the FUSF (Federal Universal Service Fee) on DSL lines. It's my understanding that the FCC specifically ruled almost exactly a year ago that DSL service was *not* subject to FUSF. Does anyone here know if that ruling has been reversed?
